Synergy Portal Instructions

Looking to login to our portal? See some helpful tips here

1.   An email should have been sent to you to activate an account on our portal

    • The subject would be “You Have a New Account with Synergy Flagstaff”
    • A username is provided on the email (used for login)
    • Click on the link in the email to activate account
    • NOTE: You have 48 hours to activate the account before the link expires

 

2.   After clicking on the link, enter the last four of your SSN (EIN if business) and create your password. 

    • Submit once completed

       

3.   Once your account is set up. Login to https://synergyflagstaff.securefilepro.com/  to test if you have the right login information or not. 


    4.   To send documents to Synergy, click “Upload” under the “To Preparer” heading.

      • From there, select a document(s) you want Synergy to view and upload
      • Folders can also be created and documents can be stored within them for better organization, thus making it faster to finish tax returns.

    5.   Also through our portal, you can receive documents from the Preparer (Synergy)

      • You can view and download these documents by clicking on the folder or document name.

      • The document will be downloading at this point
