The first four of your last name (lowercase) and last 5 (five) of the social. For example Jane Smith 123-45-6789 would be smit56789 --------- Keep in mind for married couples it is the individual listed first. If your last name is fewer than 4 letters, then you will use the last name and no additional characters before your last 5 of your SSN
For businesses it is the first four of the company name and last 5 (five) of the EIN. If the business name is Synergy (56-1234567) then the password is syne34567
